Who’s talking?! I’m Rochelle. I’m a mom, a business owner, an engineer. I juggle my time between teaching my little boys, taking care of customers, studying, playing stage mom for my big kids, working on the various babywearing standards for the ASTM, cooking enough food to keep this family growing, getting slings on parents, and doing lots and lots of laundry!

My husband Paul and I started SlingRings in 2001. We had noticed other parents struggling to find rings to make their own baby slings, and thought that while we filled our need, we could fill theirs also. We started with the engineered nylon rings at that time and then Paul invented the aluminum rings, and the process to make them a little while later. We’ve been making the rings in Phoenix, AZ ever since then. The SlingRings family includes 10 employees that make, anodize, dye, etch and ship the rings right here at our home/shop.
